Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and unworn.

Item must be in its original condition.

Original tags (if applicable) must still be attached.

Item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items

Customized or personalized merchandise

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we will gladly exchange it, subject to product availability.
Please contact us before sending your item back so we can assist you with the exchange process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was shipped.

The product arrived damaged.

The item contains a manufacturing defect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy above.
