Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a StreetContenders motivational speaking engagement with Santos "Little Thunder" Lopez. A 50% deposit is required to secure all speaking engagements and event dates. The remaining balance is due upon arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may reschedule their booking up to 14 days prior to the event date, subject to availability. Cancellation Policy: • More than 30 days before the event: Full deposit refunded. • 15–30 days before the event: Deposit retained. • Less than 15 days before the event: 50% of the total fee is due. • Less than 7 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable. StreetContenders reserves the right to cancel due to emergencies or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, all payments received will be refunded. By booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
